This cooking session with me, will truly make you salivate as you follow this simple steps on how to cook Sinigang na Bangus!
INGREDIENTS:
- Bangus or Milkfish
- 2 pcs of stringbeans or batong
- sliced onions
- sliced tomatoes
- knorr sinigan na sampalok mix
- 2-3 cups of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Clean the Milkfish or Bangus then slice it in to 3pcs.
- In a caserole or pan, put the tomatoes and onions then boil it with 3 cups of water
- then add the Knorr sinigang mix powder and the milk fish.
- then simmer for 3-5 minutes then add the stringbeans and petchay. Kangkong will do.
