Disturbing Night

Still awake in the middle of the night, 00.10 Nigeria time trying to vomit what's in my throat I guess that is called INDIGESTION. My last and first meal was Spaghetti with Stew which was taken in the afternoon.

But now I can't sleep, it disturbs me alot and there's no amount of water I take now that would matter it just wouldn't settle, by morning I should find a solution to it. If I stay awake too long it results to headache and I don't want that.
