WHO IS TO BE BLAME FOR MOTHER AFRICA WOES?

Most people do convinced themselves that civilization started in Africa Thus in Egypt. Day in Day out the question most developers ask is Why Africa is suffering so much amidst all its natural resource endowment. This has led many African left their countries to settle in so Advance countries..can Africa becomes like the Western countries?
As World leaders are striving to attain the sustainable Development goals of which Africa is the main target, individually and collectively what can we do left the curse placed on Africans

i strongly believe we have so many factors that can helped triggered Africans Development but one i want to critically look at Is...Change in Attitude
sometimes when you point out this factor, many critics tried to oppose,,but the truth We Africans can never be free unless we change our attitude...
change in attitude gets to do with the way and manner we do our things, we need changes among our politicians(leaders), our system of governance, educational setup, health setup, agricultural setup, industrial setup,,now lets strain down to citizens, when government are able to implement new policies and we embrace it with old ideas,,,,there cant be development.
is about time we also encourage ourselves to do something on our own rather than exporting all our resources for lesser revenues.
