Steemit Inspiration Contest ~ How Steemit changed my Life !

Greetings fellow Steemians,

Last night I joined in the Whaleshares promote your post discuss on Discord, hosted by @freedomexists for the first time that I stayed from start and to the end. It's been a very intereting, saw new stuff, learned some new stuff and even got amazed by few, witch I didn't expect.

And then there was turn for @rodeo670 that showed us his awesome contest, that I immediately said I had to join. Thanks to everyone again for the great talk, had lot more fun than I thought, Big thanks goes to @krazykrista as well for motivating and encouraging me to join last night! <3 you're awesome.

It's been about 6 months and a half since I joined this awesome community and I can easily admit it's definitely one of few good things that happened to me this year. Sadly I can't say 2017 was the best year for me, not at all.

As probably not many know I worked in Port (Slovenia) last year for 6 months, from Oktober to April (2017) and my job was to drive brand new cars off and on ships, later on I was driving cars on/off trains as well. This was easely my best working experience and also my favorite as a car enthusiast. Was driving everything from Hyundai i10 to Maybachs, Mercedes AMG's and a lot more unique sport cars that I never imagined I will be able to drive one day.

What I can say is that those three months till new year 2018 were my best three months I only dreamed off. Met a lot of new awesome friends, lived and worked at the seaside, always had an eye on the sea, when I just woke up or I worked whole day, witch was really something special to me and I definitely miss these days.

Day after New year while I was getting together, I received the worst phone call I will ever get that I still have problems with, that my father passed away. Time passed really fast afterwards, headaches and rough sleep got normal eventhough I was working as much as possible, from 11 to 12 hours because to be able to pay two rents at a time and everything else with it. In the end of April I really struggled to pay everything and got kicked out of my apartment when I came home at 11pm with everything I had waiting outside on the grass. Same day I packed everything and drove straight home ( 4 hour drive ).

But thats it with the negativity, because this contest is about inspiration.

Since April I've been preety much on a pause with my life and belive me it wasn't great.

Till one day my buddy @shakazula introduced me to Steemit! He's also one of the handfull of people in my life that helped me a long way on my path, made me smile and have fun even when I had no reason or joy in me and went together on many adventures ~ that means the world to me, thank you! - and never really told him but he'll definitelly read this

It took me only like three days to make an account, waited four days for approval and took me about a week to make my first post. Afterwards my life changed.

I just fell in love with Steemit and this awesome community in less than two weeks! At first I didn't think it would be as big of a deal but it definitely changed me and made my life a lot easier, get my dreams back, set back up plans I had loud and clear last year this time of the year.

I've met many really friendly, motivating and supporting Steemians that I got a feeling like I know them for ages threw their posts. I can't count how many time I got motivated to go do something, get some idea or just made me lough threw everything. Helps me a lot by keeping my mind focused and not letting me overthink too much.

Eventhough writing this post did bring a lot of old memories.

At the start when I was watching cents go up it really amazed me and motivated to do more. Learned a lot in these 6 months being here as well. I never was a photographer, or made and videos nor wrote as much posts or blogs. Still learning new stuff, got the will back to learn every day if possible.

A year will be around and February is coming fast when I will have to make new registration for my car and definitely wouldn't be able to pay for, as I barely get threw the month with bills and normally I'm left with few euro's in my pocket at the end of the month.

Here's where I got an idea and a goal to work hard to be able to help me out and pay for the registratering my car back on the road with Steemit help, otherwise I don't know what I would do.

Looks really good at this point, also started trading so I would learn about trading, get a hang of it and make some extra profit in crypto world. When the time will come I will share everything in the proces. share how it looked like, the costs and everything, because i think you deserve to know.

I will continue to do my best, learn new stuff, get new ideas, get better at writing and will NEVER leave this awesome community! <3
