Our First Food Share
Is a "Celebrity Salad" shared by Mama @sherylneil. It's hot where she lives right now and she keeps herself and her family cool by putting fruits together into a salad. Her post is full of suggestions on how to stay cool when its hot, including letting your kids stay up late, and hydrating.
The weather is mild here, but the salad still seems delicious.

@startreat has a great recipe for you if you are on a vegan, alkaline, sugar free, and gluten free but still like to eat chocolate brownies. She brags about local seasonal food and then shows us how to use it.
