Parents?!? How do you get your kids to sleep.

I’ve been watching Sarah and Duck for the last hour. I need my 1 year old to sleep.

I wish I knew why kids fight it so much. Sleep is the greatest thing ever. I cannot get enough of it.

What are your tips for getting your kids to sleep?

    Read one small book and Turning the lights out with no tv after.Get them into a repetitious routine, even if they don't like it. They will figure it out one day and if they don't I guess their crying themselves to sleep til they do. lol
