    For anyone interested in going to Norway (New Yorker here) there are insanely cheap flights from JFK during the winter... I was considering going last year when I got an email about a $450 round trip flight. Pretty nuts!

      I wish I had that 450$... I was on a roadtrip with a friend and we slept in tents for a month. Not really comfortable but we could not afford to do anything else. The ferry and gas were expensive enough for students
