This photo was taken at Eden Bleu Hotel, Mahe Island, Seychelles

I took it with my Hisense U800 Android phone. It was taken at about 2:00pm GMT +4 .

It was overseeing the ocean front with boats docked of some of the world's famous Arab leaders and other expatriates.
