The original steemit photochallenge was a fab idea brought the community together

originally hosted and worked hard on by @jamtaylor with guests judges and sponsors like @berniesanders

I Know it was hard work at times ,but the rewards for all were fun and collectively good for the community
the #steemitphotochallenge has now been greatly been spammed by others who have now taken over with the loss of community,
The web site is also down where we could view other entries http://www.steemitphotochallenge.com

anybody know why?

    I miss it, too. It was the best regular contest on this platform.
