Here is my 3rd entry to the #steemitphotochallenge #45 for the theme Celebrations.

Title: 'Mother & Calf’

Once hunted to the brink of extinction for their oil and meat, humpback whales have gone through a lot to restore their numbers. Every new born calf is a reason to celebrate, not only for the marine ecosystem, but for our very own.
