When Should We Quit From Our Job?

When do we know that its finally time to quit our jobs? Should we quit our job when there's another job that pays us more money?
Here's the sad thing, too many people who are working on a job they hate, just so they can buy stuff to impress people they dont even like. If you truly feel its time to leave your job, a couple of questions you need to be asking yourself , "is in the last couple of months, did I actually grow?" "Did I grow as a person?" "Did I become better?" "Did I learn a new set of skills?" "Did I improve and refine my current skill set?" "Am I trying to do a lot of things?"

Now here's the thing, if you really work to a big company, chances are you're gonna be specialised in one particular skill and that's gonna be hard for you to get another job something else. And you're kind of stuck and you boxed yourself in. So you'll be asking yourself, "does this opportunity enables me to do many things so that I can improve my skill set?". And this is crucial specially if you're in your twenties. If you are in the twenties, and you have time to continue learning and growing always place growth and wether you're learning as the number one attribute as wether you should continue at the job. And if the answer is yes, thats job satisfaction and if its challenging,
but the problem is, most people do not want challenging jobs. Most people want safe, comfortable jobs, where they're going to work and there isn't a whole lot to do, they leave on time every single day which is fine. But then they complain that they're not getting enough. If you want to get more, then you need to be taking on more, more responsibilities. Cause you gotta come from the angle of the business owner as well. If you're not increasing the earning capacity of the company, how can the company increase your pay and your earning capacity? So the question to ask yourself, "is this the time for me to leave the company?", "is this company challenging me?" "Are they constantly taking me outside of my comfort zone so that I can improve?".

If you are in your early twenties and I understand , we all have to pay bills. It is important to have that payslip, but don't prioritise that payslip just so that you can buy the latest iphone. Prioritise learning first, your personal growth first above anything else you're thinking about wehter you're leaving your job. Remember because at the end of the day resposibility pays. The bigger your resposibility, the bigger your earning capacity. Through learning that when you actually earn. *At the end of the day learn and grow? and your paycheck will grow.

Sometimes it takes the "you" to really realize that you are in a good company.

Indeed @wilsonblue5, its only yourself who can say that you are good enough.

In every task or profession we choose we must consider first if that makes us better one, if we grow and if it is make us happy and specially if we honor every work we do in God :)
