Potato zrazy with cabbage can be prepared quickly and easily at home from only a few ingredients. I like this dish because you can even make it from just the potato mash left after dinner, and use any of the ingredients in the kitchen as a filling.
It's not recommended to eat this dish for breakfast, because it is quite caloric and heavy to digest

Ingredients
- 300 g of cabbage;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- ½ bell pepper;
- 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- 2-3 tablespoons of water;
- salt and ground pepper - to taste;
- 6 potatoes;
- 150 g flour + for sprinkling;
- 1 egg
Cooking
Chop the cabbage. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Chop onion and bell pepper in small pieces.
In a pan, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil over medium heat. In 3-5 minutes, fry the onions, add carrots and cook about the same. Add cabbage with bell pepper, tomato paste and water. Simmer until soft, about 10-15 minutes. Salt, pepper and cool.
Boil potatoes until cooked. Mash in mashed potatoes and cool a little. Stir in flour and egg.
Make small cakes from the potato mass. Put a filling on each, wrap the edges. Form zrazy so that the cabbage is inside, and sprinkle with flour a little.
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry zrazy for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Bon Appetit!
