Yes! I have ordered a Steem ring from Charlie. Never got anything, neither a ring nor a refund. I contacted him several times via email; I was always very polite.

I guess Charlie is too big and important to bother refunding people he owes.

The fact that @charlieshrem is voted a top 20 witness is a disgrace, at this time I consider him little more than a scammer and a conman.

Seems fair to me. I still haven't been refunded yet. I tried being nice and polite and that didn't work. Why did I have to raise a stink to get attention? Why force me to resort to that?

Instead of responding here and flagging Bernie's post (poor form), you could have Changelly'ed 325 and sent it to me. That's what I would have done.

I figured it was pretty safe because he is a highly respected top 20 witness. Wouldn't expect a person blessed by the steemit community to go ripping people off. Normally I'm very careful and skeptical with these things.

Seriously ? We were just talking like 2 hours ago and you didn't bring this up at all. I asked my accountant to refund everyone, if he didn't come through I'll happily do it. @berniesanders was refunded weeks ago

I had contacted you so many times before requesting a refund and had, very honestly, written off ever seeing the money again until I saw this post. I have a string of several email follow ups where I requested the refund and you asssured me it would be taken care of but it never was.

I don't know but it took a LOT of not so nice emails for me to get my refund and now I'm hearing about people having the same issues.

The only responses I got were excuses, so I doubt he's "rich".

Hopefully those who voted for him as witness will at least consider removing their vote. It doesn't translate to a refund, but at least we can stop lifting him high enough that he is in the top 19 and getting Steem every day even though he ceased really being active here some time ago.

wow the power of steemit community , nice to see @charlieshrem replies . Is it a hand made ring that has taken time to make and has he had a huge back log of pre orders or is it that he is waiting for a shipment of rings to come in , has there been explanation for why no rings have been received . Most of the issues dealing with pre orders is down to communication , the thing is we as people see what we want and want it now , just with a little communication all could have been very happy .
