Mega sandwich that needed to be folded twice to fit on the plate! And it seems everyone has posted their sandwich today! Cool! 

Here is mine:

It was more like, how am going to start eating this sandwich? I ended up with a knife plus fork on this one and split onto two plates! but oh my oath it was well worth it.

Big shout out goes to @jaybird for organizing this contest. 

I used the following to make this sandwich:

Bread:

• Flour
• Water
• Yeast
• Salt

Filler

• Mantecoso cheese
• Bacon
• Garlic
• Minced beef
• Onion
• Herbs
• Black olives
• Tomato sauce
• Salt and pepper
• The last of the last of my Sriracha hot sauce

Always starts out with a good piece of dough and fit for purpose. It was already quite elastic after just five hours of prep. 

Set her up like any pizza you would make at home. I just used what was on hand. 

Never forget your garlic/herb and salt & pepper mix.  This will bring out the minced beef flavors. 

Got to have some Sriracha hot sauce (before and after the bake)

I put her to bake for about 10 minutes in 425 F of heat. I didn't want it too crispy, as I have to fold it into a sandwich. 

Here we go... first fold.

It maybe a little hidden, but it is Packed with goodness.
