Power is out in the village today, but long live solar energy. I had to wait till lunch time to use... and wow it literally has come back on. This whilst writing that sentence. Never mind I am still hooked up onto the solar system.
I made this sandwich early this morning. It was just the thing I needed to get my day going. When there isn't any power, it turns into a cleaning day. No excuses not to.

I used the following to make this sandwich:
Bread:
- Wheat flour
- Water
- Yeast
- Salt
Filler:
- Bacon
- Eggs
- Onion
- Garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Sriracha hot sauce
Just had to pop out to the local shop for a couple of eggs. Going to be integral to the bacon bap.
Got to love when all your sandwich ingredients are prepared in the same way and cook at the same time:
Nice sunny side up.
Crispy bacon!
Another sunny side up.
Lard fried onions and garlic. Dash of salt & pepper here.
Last piece of egg for good measure.
