My heart has been sinking as the steem price has been going down, down, down, so I thought a hearty breakfast may just lift it up again.
Requirements for this hearty breakfast pancake;
nothing fancy, nothing grand; just regular pantry staples.
2 pancakes, 2 fried eggs, fried Mushrooms, grated Cheese, crispy fried Bacon - glaze it with Maple Syrup if you feel like something sweet with the saltiness.
We all know how to make Pancakes by now, or Flapjacks or Crumpets...whatever you may call it in your country :)
I'm using my little heart shaped pan.
Flip pancake over when bubbles start forming.
2 eggs fried sunny side up.
Assembling the pancake sandwich:
First layer - Pancake topped with eggs and fried mushrooms.
Generous layer of cheese on top of that.
Crispy fried Bacon on top of the cheese.
Seal pancake sandwich with the second heart shaped pancake,
garnish with crispy bits of bacon & extra cheese.
Pour Maple Syrup over if you fancy a little sweetness...will warm your heart even more!
Sliced in half for the gals.
Keep it whole for a manwich.
This hearty breakfast sandwich certainly lifted my heart and hubby thought he was in bacon & egg heaven!

I was so fortunate in finding that little wooden board, it was a promotion for a heart healthy margarine, just love it.

We went to a friend for brunch last Sunday who served us bacon and my husband loves their bacon.

It is so funny how they're also alike hey, my hubby's face lights up when he smells bacon which I don't cook often enough as it's not that healthy plus that fat splattering drives me dilly...but I love crispy bacon as well I must admit :):)

I think we are all going through the same for the price of the SBD but this had happened before I remember that in January or February the SBD reached the price that is at this time but it was raised again I think it is normal we should only have patience and keep sharing and I think this heart sandwich encourages us all, success in the contest you do very well, greetings.
