I'm not participating, but I'd like to comment my point of view. I really think this is a good iniciative @dobartim, you are helping minnows and encouraging them to offer good content to the community and strive to get the success. The goal is to create a social media that has quality content and readers can really enjoy interacting here and not just seeking for easy money. A network that promotes the creativity and spread education as well, in this way we all will get rewarded by one or another.
