Problem with comments with cyrrilic symbols

My native language is not English, it is Ukrainian. And when I see posts on my language I tend to respond on it also.
Today I noticed that I can't type 'ю' letter that is on the same key where English dot is placed. Every time I tried to do it the pop-up with comment field just closed without any changes. For this reason I was not able to print "Дякую!" (for English it is 'Thank you') for this reason :) Maybe it happens due to pop-ups where posts are opened now and maybe there other Cyrillic symbols that can't be print also. Does anybody else encounter this problem?
