This edition is titled community for a reason. We can't rely on Steemit Inc and keep the platform.
It's time for action!
Here's just a few solutions being thrown around. Please comment with your suggestions and ideas.
- Community needs control and maintenance of the Steem Github
- Community needs collaboration on programming the blockchain
- Decentralized backend - from @anyx
- AWS audit, alternatives like Google Cloud, utilizing GitLab - from @bobinson

It's a shame the crypto media didn't report this year's Steemfest. I would think it was newsworthy. What other coins have something like that?
