See round 1 for all the details on this project, why it exists, and the mind who gave me the idea to do it in the first place ^^
For this week, my roommate chose....
Thyme, cinnamon, sequins, a black feather, and some bits of pine cone.
I didn't see the need to add anything other than the wax color, which as you will see is green. A perfect compliment to what quickly became a prosperity spell, given all the ingredients at hand :)
Thyme - When working hard to reach a goal and the whole thing just seems out of reach, thyme is a great herb for maintaining focus and keep a positive attitude.
Sequins - Shiny things, just like the money that comes with prosperity.
Pine Cone - Represents overcoming hardships through optimism, exactly what one needs when doing things related to prosperity.
Cinnamon - A great herb for drawing in money in general.
Sealed in green, because in my part of the world green is the color of our money and what is commonly associated with money and the like.
The pine cone bits got obscured by the sequins, and the cinnamon is in the top close to where the wax and cap obscure the glass but I'm still quite happy with this one.
I chose to put the feather in the top so that the jar can be held on to and moved in a manner similar to how many cultures use feathers of sacred birds to waft incense smoke through a home when cleansing a place. Wave the jar and feather in a similar manner, preferably combined with some kind of incense, to invite prosperity into a home through this jar.
