Witchcraft Wednesdays - "I can do this!" Motivation Jar

I've found myself lacking some motivation to do...well, anything, as of late. I know it's because of depression, and I never advocate witchcraft as a substitute for proper medical care, but I can't afford proper medical care right now so I'm using my craft as a little bit of a band-aid to help me get through these rough times until I can afford to get the medical care I need.

As such, I decided a motivation jar was in order. Something to metaphorically light a fire under my behind and keep me motivated and energized to do my daily tasks and keep up what I know I need to do.

From the bottom up, this jar contains the following;

• Basil - To help steady the mind, aka keep me focused.

• Caraway Seeds - To improve memory.

• Red Pepper Flakes - A spicy component to light the metaphorical fire.

• Rosemary - For cleansing and rejuvenating the mind.

• Sage - For increasing wisdom and the granting of wishes, aka my wish to be more focused.

• Salt - For protection and cleansing.

• Cinnamon - Commonly used for money spells, and since my motivation is mostly related to money I chose to add this on top.

Sealed in white as a purifying color, with a plastic coin made for charm bracelets on top again to remind me that my motivation is related to money.

Leaving out the cinnamon, sealing in any color, and leaving out or adding another kind of trinket on top is a good way to customize this particular jar to if you just want it as motivation and nothing additional. I just know money is an issue for me and that was my intent with this jar.
