My posts are not the party posts designed for onboarding and upvoting everyone. This is why the @steemjet account was launched.
My posts are the effective behind the scenes hard work posts. I love to party, but do not have the time. Be thankful if you do, and not angry that I do not. This is why I delegated all my upvote party power to those fortunate individuals who actually have the TIME to party!
I cannot spend what little time I have available upvoting 1000 comments and onboarding everyone in the world. That is illogical, and is what I pay YOU for my friends.

So now that we know what makes a team successful, we are happy that I delegate my SP to those who actually have the TIME to use it EFFECTIVELY. For me to be effective, I need to continuously evaluate and rank those who I delegate the SP to. Those most effective will win promotions. Those least effective (or those who become time poor like me) will see their SP re-delegated to those who are TIME-RICH!
I do not need help curating my own posts, the @steemjet account is where you need to focus if you want to do that type of work.

My posts are now ONLY for reporting YOUR progress. It is very dificult for me to effectively comunicate with our massive number of employees (I can't even get them all to show up in steembot tracker anymore!)(maybe we have grown too big too fast)
The fact is that I can now handle my own "spam security" with the mute function, so no matter what tam you are on, I only want to see 2 posts at most from EVERYONE from now on.
My posts are going to be an EXCLUSIVE place where space force members tell me what is going on with them so I can provide support and guidance when necessary. Non-members will be funneled into the correct onboarding/teaching/partying/prize contest steemjet channels of which I would love to join in the fun if I was humanly able to. I am not using my posts to onboard/treach newbies because that is the job function of the community of employees. When I have time for teaching newbies, then I will come over to the @steemjet blog and comment.
But now, I am focusing on our payroll because I am out of money to fund the company and have so many employees that I am having trouble tracking them all!
I now need to see who is effective and who is not.
The introduction of the steemjet jetpack will assure that we are at least making progress on our most important current task.
Going forward, I will only allow 2 (TWO) posts per person in my posts. I don't care who you are because I always know where to find you and I still control the purse strings, so if you can't help talking too much, then fine, go out and talk to 1000 people, and I will reward you for it, and you do not need to post here for me, because it is ok, no hard feelings.
I simply DO NOT HAVE ANY FREE TIME. Time is much too expensive for me, and that is reson why I hired a space force (because I need YOUR time).

The only way that I ever learned how to run a company (it is called synergy or cross-training) is to switch jobs with the person who is the most crucial to the next order of business, and since the next order of business is producing uche-nna, then it only makes sense that he be empowered with the official steem bath jetpack of the CEO until either the project is completed or until someone else can convince me that they can do a better job completing this task, and then they would be awarded the jetpack instead.
TLDR:
Whoever is doing the most important work for the company at any given moment gets the jetpack. So if you think that you can do a better job satisfying the prime objective (obtain uche-nna tracks and deliver them to me), then simply propose your solution and you might be awarded the jet pack until someone else convinces me that they can satisfy the NEXT prime directive faster.

Thank you very much @dimimp for coming onboard, I bring you greetings from the crypto space.
Just recently, I launched the 5th phase of POHI PROJECT in collaboration with Steemjet and some SF members, where we visited a school in a rural community to teach school kids and teachers about Steem, Cryptos and Steemjet.
We also donated educational materials to them; exercise books, writing biros and school uniforms to over 100 school pupils.
We also gave them drinks and snacks and gifts to the teachers.
Our pilot @lordjames took quality time to also explain in simple terms to the kids what blockchain is all about. The SF members who sponsored this project and were part of the launching last week included @empato365, @deandaniel, @ungest and myself.
Others Steemjet members who were part of this but not yet delegates included; @jeline, @annieben, @angiebrown and @Ucathy. Here's the LINK to the project. Please do well to go through the link at your spare time for more details, as I do not want to litter here with more pictures. We're currently working to launch another phase of this project at another location, to teach school kids about cryptos and steem.
Concerning the first part of funding to the HR department of which I head. So far we've gotten some of the equipment we ordered, and by next week the remaining ones will be shipped down to us. Then I'll make a post to notify and update you about it.
The terrible fall in the price of steem affected our initial plans, despite that we're working to show prove of everything we formerly requested for. In addition, I have hired two ladies to join the HR Team, @joyce-okpobo and @gnomicrules, and have paid them a take-off grant to start work. I'll do well to report progress of their efforts in due course for your consideration to promote them to the position of a delegate. @ninoh22 is working tirelessly on the online ID for SF members, and soon it will be ready.

here is my suggestion for steemjet and my 3D steemjet Radio Station
So with the rapid growth of steemjet community,also with the aim of steemjet to promote steem, I would suggest that a advertising department should be implemented so that the can handle the work of publicizing steemjet on different social media, steemjet should also have a radio station were announcement and interview,also upcoming event will be publicized to different people.
If the suggestion is implemented a channel should be created and name steemjet FM. It will bring together so many steemians together.
I also thing security department should also be implemented so that the take care of the security activities of the community monitoring all the activities going on,also the security department will take action on members of the steemjet community who will try to abuse the aim of steemjet community.

I apologize if i may offend any one with what i am about to say,
@dimimp, Sir with all due respect i feel you are being asked more than what ever is required to do these jobs.
Why do i think so?
The steemjet website is just too basic with no reasonable functionalities, the website is just built on the basics of web development, A steem related website should be able to get live updates on the prices of steem and even be linked with a user's steemit account but it is not. I looked at the codes of the website in my browser with Ctrl+U and what i saw there i could duplicate very easily because i do web development. The website cannot even hold user data like logging in with steem account. Example of websites with complete functionalities - busy.org . And i see where funds were asked for servers whereas servers are not a little to buy and maintain infact all you would really need is one server and that comes with buying a domain name.
The game video that was posted above is a default template in Unreal engine 5 , i have played around with that software so i know, everybody who has UE 5 has that template, so no major work done there.
I just wish to express, because there are many other talented developers who can do a good job. please check out https://www.Upwork.com . There you can hire freelancers at a far lower price than you are spending .

First of all, I'm not sure you read the rules of only 3 comments which you should deliver. I would have flagged down your comment as I'm very right to do so as you have clearly disobeyed the rules. The website is still under development and I'm still making better changes on it and pertaining to the game development, @yhaulez is in charge of that. We're good developers not the best developerw or the experts but we do our best to help steemjet.
@dimimp said something a while ago, he said, show that you can better than these space force delegates and I would employ you... So i love challenges and ama challenge you to do something better than what the technical department has done and it will be commended for.
The technical department are the spinal fragments of steemjet and we've been able to proove our worth so far with the progress we've made.
I'm grateful for all those that appreciated my efforts, they push me to do more for steemjet and that is why we would succeed. So hey, go and create something spectacular for steemjet and be grateful for what we've done so far...
Prove yourself worthy to be in this community and do not despise the good works of others, learn to be humble because humbleness beats everything.
I made my request based on our most demanding needs for the department and not as an authority cause I'm just human and a normal steemian like you...
I'm not perfect, I may not be the best web designner in the world but I'm on steemjet because I pledge my everything to it, i suggest you go do the same. Most everyday I look through the new posts. This may not seem like much, but I believe it is important to remain aware of the Steemjet culture. It payoff in writings later. In the past I have spent a lot of time commenting. I notice that few ever reply. While the Steemjet community is more engaging than Steemit in general, thoughtful replies would be best served in at least acknowlegement. On my own posts, I reply to every non bot and thanks to the delegation am able to upvote at least a token. The hope is that every new reply can begin a relationship. Now, as the Steemjet community has grown beyond what one person can manage, I have changed my approach. I still look for new and hot posts to upvote, but my comments are more discerning. This enables me to never leave an non-thoughtful comment. In this way I hope to further encourage relationships that can endure the long-term growth of Steemjet.

Thank you @dimimp for finding out time to talk to us today. There are lots and lots of things I'd love to say but like you said "I can't read 500messages", let me focus on my department, the health team.
First and foremost, thank you for the party you awarded us, it lifted spirits.
On what we've achieved as a team
With respect to the statement above, let it be stated out that the health department is one of the department(s) if not the only department that is left to be funded.
Four weeks on, as the Head of that department I've been able to manage both personell and charges we incure. From data, to renting laptops for publications and storage to holding discussion sessions with health professionals so as to equip both steemjetters, and non steemjetters with good and adequate health tips n routines. This is due to the proposal we made and was approved but funds are yet to be realeased. So apparently I and my team have been running costs alone just to keep the community moving forward. Please it's pertinent you review this matter because sofar not even the pilot has looked into it.
On personal achievements
4weeks, 8 health posts(+ the one coming tomorrow), running costs for these... I think I've done my part right. Secondly as part of #steemjetcontests admin, we've been able to host contests and successfully completed it without a query. That being said, more contests are still coming up. Thirdly on the issue of onboarding new steemians to steemjet I'm working on a contest which would be sponsored by me and also supported by #steeemjet and #steemjetcontest. To qualify for this contest one must follow these two accounts to stand a chance of winning the contest. So boss you would agree that the more people that gets on the steemjet page, the more this community will grow.
Onboarding new members
Coupled with curation, Hod duties, steemjetcontest and steemjet as a whole. I've been able to onboard many members to the community one of which is @annieben. Also I've been able to get good health enthusiasts from different parts of the world which also are a friend to the health department and I see them fit to join the team.
Lastly before I drop my mic, my team members are kinda let down, virtually almost all the department funds has been approved and released but the health team. All the costs incurred by the dept has been on me. Sometimes completing tasks gets my power drained but I still have more curations to do only if I could go on(more delegation would help me work to full capacity). Storing of data's has been one of the major issues I'm facing. Next week I'm doing a month's review on how far the department has gone. Long story short, we need funds we were promised to carry out our plan and also I need more delegation to function better. Thanks boss.

I would not love to make a long speech anymore, i know the boss @dimimp will look into our situation, an ofcourse we have all been doing our secondary duties and ofcourse not leaving our primary duties behind which is curating, personally i have been doing a lot of curating for the past weeks since i was delegated to and i still have my inbox being spam by links from both steemjetters and non-steemjetters, so the idea of more SP delegation is a good idea and will also help me to support these people. I think we are now ready to do something big and influential. They say, many were called but few were chosen. I am not a man of many words instead I observe things and see which will bring us progress.
The @steemjet account has been officially launched for a while now and we are seeking for only projects, that is in line with the global Steem adoption vision, to fund. A couple of projects have been funded now and the community are waiting to see how these funds are going to be used effectively.
I only have two requests to make to the community:
before Steemjet there was Steemit and Steemit is about community development. We should think more of the community over our self interest. I know that we all came to Steemit to make some money, but we should never allow greed to make us forget our honour.

Yes, your steem Power is important but it's secondary to your ideas. You're a visionary and that's why you were able to create and then build SteemJet up from nothing.
I love thinking long term, long term relevance and sustainability. With @kabolo we've successfully onboarding over 200 members and have noticed that there's a lot more than just onboarding members.
Knowledge is key, knowledge is power. People need to know what they are getting into from the onset, the objectives, maybe not the clear picture but as least a glimpse. Your lessons give that!
Education is the key, teach those kids what they need to know! Steem? Why steem? Who owns steem?
A lot of people exchanging all their steem for other coins forgetting about the SMTs and that Steem will moon too.
I'm not really much of a designer even though I'm trying to learn but it was your visions and ideas that brought me to you. You're acting the contrary of what you mentioned on the post so there's only 2 probabilities:
1: You're hunting down the spammers by giving them a bite (upvotes) to added them to your blacklist.
2: You're using an automated comments voter that upvotes the comments automatically ( which encourage spamming because a lot of users get multiple upvotes for multiple"nice" comments)
If it's the probability No 1 reply only with 1 .
But if it's No 2 then we need to have a serious conversation!

With the funds sent to me earlier, I have been able to purchase a nice lens for my phone to aid my photography works. Owing to the current price of steem in the market which is low, I have been unable to purchase a Camera for the main time, but the funds are still intact prior to when the market will be favourable.
I would also love to get more equipments to help ehance my works more further but due to lack of fund, I think that would be put on hold for now.
I'm glad to inform you that I've been making great progress since I purchased the lens for my phone and my photographs are now of more improved quality all thanks to you Sir and I believe I could do more if there are more funds available to purchase these equipments.
I just posted this week's exhibit (Aircraft Special) and I will really love you to take a look at it.

This is an enormous project indeed @dimimp. A lot of work is currently being carried out by talented people here on the Steemjet Community.
I will be also starting a campaign to promote steemjet and charity events for humanity. I believe that it is by truly helping others that we can realise our goals.
The same way you've helping hundreds of people here grow and multiply. This is exceptional.
So, watch out for the Steemjet's Charity Campaigns for the broke and less privileged people. I will be starting with the Northern part of Nigeria.
As usual, funding will limit my efforts and may slow down the progress. It will be very useful to get adequate liquid steem to aid this project.
Global steem adoption is possible. Our campaign will target a diverse demography of people. The children, students, teens, adults, business owners, entrepreneurs and even corporations.
