Sorry! I am quite new. I just stumbled upon steemjet by chance this week, thanks to a competition of yours being resteemed by one person I follow. Also thanks for the warm welcome? :)

We all love to learn! And don't worry, there are no "big words" on there. I tried to keep the explanation simple and direct to the point. If you really are planning to delegate soon, then I suggest you use #2 or #3 on the said link, as it is the easiest way atm :)

That’s shouldn’t be a problem sir, and if I got you correctly then delegating should follow the steps..

Transferring the amount of Steem you wish to delegate to the individual
The individual receives and converts it to Steem power.

I think the question should be, how do they go about upvoting price winners and keeping records. Because the community is large and we keep keeping loads of price winners
For this we could creat sub sections on the Jet and winners are placed in these sections depending on the magnitude of their price.
Then each person from the five spearheads his section and knows who he’s meant to upvote and keeps the records too.

Well that method might not exactly give him control over the sp because that's automatically giving the person total control over the sp.. Delegating will give @dimimp complete control over it and he can retract it whenever he sees it fit to do so

No, when delegating you don't have to transfer Steem to the person you only assign a portion of your Steem power to the person. With delegation, the individual cannot walk away with the Steempower, cannot power it down, cannot sell it or withdraw and the owner can take off the sp within minutes if so desire.

I think first of all we have to go through all of the posts and then make a discord channel where the 4 can discuss whome they should upvote, they can divide their work, first 300 comments to one and the next to another and so on, same happens with the steemjet tagged posts, then they should pick the best designs and discuss who is worthy and after that the cream can come up, hope this is right @dimimp

Easy and better way to delegate:
https://steemconnect.com/sign/delegateVestingShares?delegator=dimimp&delegatee=otheruser&vesting_shares=N.Nnnnnn%20VESTS

[Replace otheruser by the username you want to delegate to (without @) & replace N.nnnnnn by amount of vests ( which approximately is 2000 vests = 1SP) ]
(Hint: 1000000÷vests×SP)
(2000 vests =1 SP)approx.
Hope this can get you to know about delegation...
When you do delegate this much a popup message will occur showing how much SP you are delegating to other user

I am just kidding penking, I gave you one of the coveted SF3 positions because I like your idea of auditing the Space Force internally.

I am interested in YOUR "Steem reports" most of all because I am sure that you will be able to direct my focus to areas of abuse or neglect.

I will not be making my first assessment until August, so take your time, and build us a strategy for "steemjet self criticism"

yeah, things would go real much faster if there are delegations of steem power because the rate of only one person upvoting so many people is very slow.. But with the delegation it would be faster and stress free as the load of one person is shared to others.. The earlier it is done the better as more contests are coming up as we try to move forward because this issue actually slows our jet down, from my experience as i took half of my payment in liquid steem, requesting for the rest in upvotes and since then i have received no upvotes which made me change my mind to say i want the rest in liquid steem. So I believe this delegation woukd help a lot
