I want you to analyze and critique artwork and upvote the best entries to the top, and downvote/flag images that are stolen or irrelevant (fishing for upvotes). We need to make room for technical discussion, even in the art posts, so yes, you play a minor bouncer role also. I just asked lordjames to be our official bouncer, so he can help you with this duty in particular, you might want to conserve your upvotes for the art and have use his on the riff raff. We are delegating indivudual responsibilities and this is as far as I got. I am not sure to do with the other 2 open positions.

If you could pick one person to help you critique the art (3rd open delegate position), then tell me who you think could help you do the task I just drew up for you better. In other words, who do you think could do YOUR job (I just described) BETTER than you can. Don't worry, the Spaceman Two is all you.

I hope jordjames comes aboard.

deandaniels is in, I got to tell him. shartzy is in school, and olivia, and jogreh need to devote their time to their craft. Not that you are not up there with these guys but our masters like ubongj, lucentbritex, dromzz, chukwunalu, joshuaedoja, yatri, jbee007 can't be tied down by a day job. " have an Idea. I think the best time for you to delegate steem power is when all the contest are over. You will post a list of the names of the people on the payroll won the contest and the total amount they are to receive. I am designing and app to help the steemjet community in the secretarial works. Will be done next month or so.

Now when the contest are all over you will pay off those who wants the 50% liquid steem and then the ones who wants to be paid in upvotes will still be on the list for upvotes.

Four selected and trusted/hardworking members (say dim board of trustees) will receive some steem power in delegation and the list will be divided into four different parts. Each of those delegate will face a responsibility of upvoting winners on his/her own list till the payment is completely complete and must keep the records in the format you have been doing to update people about their paid/owe amount. That way will be much more faster and we can move on to more contest that will promote steem to be globally adopted.
