Parliamentary Committee on Rules,Privilegesand Discipline yesterday commenced investigations into the conduct of Security Minister Elly Tumwine, who is accused of uttering statements aimed at belittling Parliament and the person of the Speaker.
But the MPs on the committee questioned the quality of the CCTV camera footage produced by Parliament’s security department because it lacked some of the key actions in which Gen Tumwine allegedly attempted to assault Dokolo District Woman MP Cecilia Ogwal.
