Review Of Steemjet Radio Talk Show/ Gratitude Day31/62.

Hello steemians greetings to y'all

Today we are on a recap of the show that toke place on Wednesday 6th of June 2018 on the steemjet discord channel.

The Show Review.

The last steemjet show which took place was hosted by @profchydon and @vheobong.

The show started with @abudulmanan, @aflolwalex, @chiama, @chrish, @delis, @deltasteem @donnest, @goldbaba1, @gutzygwin, @jayiboi, @joshelior, @kilatunzii, @kristenantai01, @lordjames and @uche-nna.

@profchydon was the presenter who open the show.

He wanted us to know about steemjet since it was the main reason we were on the show.

The steemjet pilot @lordjames was called upon to give us a better knowledge about steemjet which he did in am incredible way.
He told us for us, for we to understand steemjet we have to go back the start and anything in life, he likes to pick out the first layout why we are there.

We all got to know about two years ago, which most of us don't know that steemjet went that far. @dimimp the CEO, entered into the steemit blockchian.
He had some money and wanted to invest it.
He created a steem trade community but it didn't work out. So he made for a post asking for suggestions which other steemians contributed but at the end, @dimimp found @deandaniel suggestion worthy of it which was steemjet.

So instead of ship, we got a jet.

@lordjames also talked about the steemjet vision which was "Global Adoption Of Steem", as we know.
He said one of the ways to achieve this vision was to get steem to people. And that was how the concept of contest started.

As we all know the visional of the project @dimimp is a lover of art. When you look at his posts, you would discovered that he has this particular passion for art. So he decided to share the steem, using art contest.

It was @dimimp believe that when people get a hold of what steem can do, then it is easier for them to tell others to join the platform.

We got to know that most of we steemjeters started around January/February.

So this steem made available to people, people touch, feel and use it in their daily life then it was seen that creating a community was ripe so that was when the @steemjet account was opened and @lordjames started using the account.

He further said another concept of the goal was to explain about cryptocurrency, steem in particular to people who doesn't understand much about the cryptocurrency.

@lordjames made us to know, that @dimimp in the cause of this, brought out a concept like the "Olivia book", which is very simple enough for a kid to understand, which we have lessons from lesson one to lesson Four (1-4).

The steemjet pilot im his course of lecture asked a question which was "who actually owns the money we have; like the naira note for those in Nigeria or the dollar notes for those in America."

The question wasn't answered because their was definitely nobody who knows about the question bern asked. So the pilot answered the question by saying "We may think it is our money right because the money is in our pocket."

Then he tried to prove to us it wasn't our money, by telling us to try standing in a street or at the bank and write something or tear the money, to see the result of what will happened.

He explained to us saying "we can go into our closet to tear the money or do whatever we want to the money because we weren't seen." "Money is different, we can't just decide to wake up one morning and begin to tear money. The individual will be arrested for that, and that's the basic knowledge we nedd to know about money, before talking about cryptocurrencies. How it works and operate especially steem itself.

Then the pilot @lordjames, opened the floor for questions to be taken but before it was opened he made us to know that, steemjet is for the global adoption of steem, which was going to be done by giving out steem to people which is called steembath and then educating people on what steem can do.

While the mic was handed over to the host @profchydon, the presence of some personalities like @adoore-eu, @dhayor, @emekacollins and @eunireal1 was seen on the radio show.

The question session began with the host @profchydon, asking the question first to the pilot which was;

"Is anyone qualified to get a steembath? That is anyone who comes into the steemjet community is entitled to a steembath. Or do we have to do something special before we would be qualified for the steembath in order to get the steem. "

The mic was handed back to @lordjames which he answered by saying;

"They was something I learnt when I joined the steemit community newly which is the fact we are entitled to anything. Through the cause of entitlement is not actually good because a post that supposed to be in the trending page isn't given attention."

Further he said
"People came into steemit like it was a river of stem, where steem is given freely and flowing. And the visional for steemjet which was @dimimp decided to give anyone steem. So if @dimimp decides to give steem to Mr A without giving to Mr B, then it means that Mr A merited it. That is the steembath idea was his choice.

For the steemjet account which is ruined by the SF1 members for @dimimp, who do send in funds for the account for the smooth running of the steemjet community.

The pilot further made us to know that the money which is usually send to him was given for a specific purpose, to be use in funding the things that needed to be funded."

The pilot told the members that *
"their is nothing like free steem in ths steemjet community running around. we have a vision which is global adoption of steem. And when we find something to do to contribute to that particular vision, then you been funded and supported."

Finally he concluded the question that @profchydon asked, by making it clear that an individual must do something that is in line with the steemjet visions. And the fund been given, is given for a purpose.

While during the show the head of art department @mbj wanted contributing to the discussion but had network issues due to it was raining, so he couldn't contribute very much.

So @lordjames had to continue the talk session by letting us know that the news of free steem moving around wasn't true. And untill you do something that is inline with steemjet goal, you won't be funded for free.

Then he handed the mic to @profchydon, who did a summary of what @lordjames had said. He later called on @mbj but he wasn't able communicate well due to the network issue.

@profchydon, then acknowledged the presence of his co- anchor @vheobong.
She was been called upon to give a shout out to everyone on the show but network didn't gave her the chance.
So we moved on by @profchydon taking the mic stand. He told us words that I would like to summarize in a sentence which is "manna can't fall from heaven just like that." Meaning we had to work to get funded with steem.

Doing this period @sirdeze joined the show.

To continue the question session questions on space force was asked like

• Who is a spaceforce member?
• what is a spaceforce member suppose to do and duties?.
• What are the penalty when a space force member refuses to do his or her function.

The questions were asked by the anchor of the show which was @profchydon to @lordjames.

@lordjames took over the mic by telling us who a spaceforce member is.

"A space force member is someone, who is an office holder that works towards getting the steemjet vision accomplished."

He replied to the penalty part by saying yes. There was a penalty if a space force member doesn't perform his work as it's been expected of him.

The show anchor took over the mic and said a brief summary of what had been said earlier.

He gave us his own definition of a space force member which was, a space force member is like an employee who has been given a particular task to carry out.

Then the floor for questions were opened to everyone, with @chiama starting and here was her question;

• How can someone be part of a department in the steemjet community.

After @chiama's question we felt the presence of a SF1 member @empato365 in particular.

The question @chiama asked was redirected to @lordjames and here was his reply

"For you to be in the department, you must be an employee. And in steemjet what we call an employee, is a delegate. Now for you to be a delegate, you have to be hand picked by @dimimp himself since his the one who delegates the steempower. The delegation you gets now shows that you are a delegator of the steemjet community which is like an employee. Then you would be assigned to a department. It is not compulsory for you to be in a department. Or you can request to join a department base on the steem you have."

•The next question was been asked by @uche-nna which was; In writing an article for steemjet is it only about steem, steemit and cryptocurrencies. can't someone write articles about life or like from other perspective?.

The question was answered by @empato365 who was given the floor by @lordjames and here was his reply;

"In steemjet we have our vision which is global steem adoption. Our tag is free, you can use it. That is you can make a post about other stuffs you can write, but the difference is the upvote you get won't be the same as the one those who write for steemjet will get. Which is the tag can be use to write on any quality content."

Further question was asked by the anchor on useage of the steemjet tag for better clarifications.

Which was well answered by @empato365.

@lordjames added by saying "we all know we free to use any tag we wish and also most community fight against spam tag."

He talked about the problem been faced my the numerous use of the steemjet tag, making it difficultto find quality steemjet content they want.

He pleaded saying "whenever we want to make a post that doesn't relate to steemjet, we should please flee from it.

The third question was supposed to be asked by @goldbaba1, but he wasn't able to so it was moved to the next person which was @ninoh22.

@ninoh22 question was
•How were we going to communicate about steem and steemjet to those who don't have access to the internet, knowing fully well the steem and steemjet is on a blog chain. So how were they going to participate im this steem and also get it. That's making it a globally steem adoption both offline and online.

The pilot @lordjames, replied the message saying,
"When we talk about offline adoption of steem, we mean talking to people who have access to the internet or who can use the internet but doesn't have access to it.

He further explained which then we got know that the government wasn't much in support of cryptocurrencies due to the fact they can't control it.
And in summary he talked about by-cutting the government and banks with his illustration of trading with steem in a supermarket.

After that @goldbaba1 was called upon again and giving the floor to ask his question which was,

"Who can he talk to or share his idea to, if he has an idea or a plan for steemjet?"

The question was answered by @mbj this time around, and his reply was;

"Whatever you have for steemjet, you should maje it as a post, well constructed and use steemjet as the tag. It would be seen and if it's something that would definitely make us reach our goal, then it would be given attention."

@lordjames also contributed to the reply @mbj gave by saying; "You can make a post and use the steemjet tag, but if it's something that needs to bd discussed then the person should meet any of the SF1 members by communicating with the person.

@vheobong, was later called upon to give a shoutout which she did in a gleeful tune.

She appreciated everyone on the show and talked about we would be learning about on the next show.

further more she said talked about helping each other to grow, since we are a community.

The mic was later handed back to @profchydon to continue. He talked about the giveaway steem and thanked every one that was present on the show too.

A question was thrown to @lordjames which was "why do we have all these competitions on steemjet?"

The pilot got to answer the question well, and talked more about the forthcoming contests to be hosted soon.

And in a simple word it's called the diversities in steemjet.

Today is the 31th day of the gratitude challenge organized by @tojukaja and I must say it's been blessings all through.

First am greatful to the show anchors @vheobong and @profchydon for making the show a worthwhile.
And secondly,
Am thankful to God for the restoration of health of a steemjet member @deandaniel.

Been healthy is something we should be thankful to God.

He wasn't able to attend the show due to his health status as at that time. But am greatful to God he is healthy now.
