¿Se te antoja un helado? Qué mejor que un helado. Un sándwich de helado para disfrutar en esta temporada de calor, con una cubierta de nuez y exquisito chocolate, la sintonía de sus texturas te hará sonreír.
Ingredientes
. 4 tazas de media crema
. 1 lata de leche condensada
. 5 cucharadas de vainilla
. 8 piezas de galletas maria redonda
. 1 taza de chocolate derretido amargo
. 1/2 taza de nuez picada finamente
Preparación
Para hacer el helado, licúa la leche condensada con la media crema y la esencia de vainilla.

Coloca en un tazón la preparación anterior y llevala a congelar por al menos 4 horas hasta que tenga consistencia de helado, remueve de vez en cuando.
Toma una cuchara para helado, y coloca una generosa bola de helado sobre una de las galletas maria redondas, tapa con la otra galleta y forma un sándwich.

Toma la taza de chocolate derretido y sumerge el sándwich en el chocolate y revuelca en las nueces picadas, lleva a congelar por 15 minutos más y listo a disfrutar.
