Hello Steemians!

Today I am sharing with you this quick and hearty meal.
It is something like Shakshuka, but with Bulgarian white cheese and its called Mish Mash.

Ever since I heard about Shakshuka I am thinking Mish Mash, it is very interesting how there are similar dishes across the World with just a little twist of local ingredients.

Beautiful stuff!

Cover and let it simmer for 5min on low heat

Look at all the juice

Drop some eggs in there

Now at this point traditionally you mix everything and serve it, thus the name Mish-Mash.
But some times I like to mix only the whites and leave the yolks whole.

Covered for 1 min and added some dill for that gourmet look!

That yolk ready to burst tho!

Enjoy!
