haha! delishtreats..I've never seen anyone use WTH before. lol it's always WTF. I appreciate you. Yes it make you wonder but most are put in place because someone actually tried to ride the alligator or use the milk cooler as an exit door or something! lol.
But hopefully only when people are drunk or high, I would hope people aren't really that stupid. Certainly not the ones on steemit!
