monggong Law-oy with coconuts milk - davaoeno's pride

Each of us has its own version of cooking. cooking is an expression showing our care and love for our loveones ,in cooking we gave our best to be appreciated, again let me share you my own version of monggong law-oy with coconut milk our healthy ulam for tonight😊

Here is the recipe just in case you want to try cooking this at home, simply healthy😍

Monggo,malunggay, tomato,ginger, left over fried fish,alugbati, spring onion, onion cloves, bell pepper, 1 cloves of garlic and coconut milk.

boiled monggo for 30mins. in a pan sautee garlic and fried fish for 1min, add the boiled monggo, add garlic,tomato in a pan let it cook for 10mins then add the malungay, alugabati,onions and bell pepper let boil for 3min and lastly add the coconut milk and seasoning accordingly.

Looks good, but I am not sure we have alungabati and malungay in the United States. Great recipe, though!

maybe try if there is a filipino store maam maybe they have😊 i heard in one of my friends they said there is a filipino store where they sell philippine veges and spices. it taste really good maam
