Baked Potato with Mozarella Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 pieces of potato
• pepper powder
• margarine
• mozarella cheese
• oregano
• chili sauce
• mayo

Steps

1. Split the two potatoes then cut the opposite diagonal.
   

2. Spread potatoes with margarine until evenly then mix powdered powder.
   

3. Bake for 40 minutes with a temperature of 220° c.
   

4. Do a puncture test using a toothpick. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
   

5. Add the mozarella cheese on top and oregano.
   

6. Bake back for 10 minutes / until the cheese melts with a temperature of 230° c.
   

7. Serve with mayo and chilli sauce.
