I'm just trying to practice some vector work on photoshop. Though it's easy in illustrator then photoshop. But trying to do some practice in photoshop.

The photoshop latest version doesn't support oil paint so its some more work on photoshop. Smart Sharpen and diffuse filter make the work done.
