It looks so, i would say if you have coins on exchanges - withdrawal to your account. The snapshot can come any moment.
This way you make sure all will be swapped/doubled.
I am not sure about tokens on Steem-Engine but for sure community will not let them be gone.
Today not a marketing post per se (unless you can say that about Call to Action about withdrawals).
