Turkey: 13 detained after security forces launch operation against PKK

13 suspects were detained in an operation against the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in Istanbul, Saturday.

Istanbul Security Directorate's anti-terror branch, backed by the police, carried out the operation. 18 addresses were reportedly raided simultaneously.
