I am practicing the Tobacco Farm and Cigar Factory last two or three weeks.
And it is strange to me, @steem.mafia, to have such ways of confirmations:
The excessive confirmation to harvest the plant on the Tobacco Farm
Why for to ask this?? Furthermore it's better to harvest asap - 'cos the user have only 1 hour limit of waiting time after the plant growth.
Otherwise on Cigar Factory
(I have not the scrinshot directly with the moment when it's offer, so use the imagination)
When the offer came to the Cigar Factory - it have a storage time 12 hours. And you MUST only to accept this - no way to deny, how it can be done (accept or deny) on the Weed Farm.
Why not? I'm crowded by the golden grenades and I do not wanna more, but I can't deny the offer. :(

For the plants, you are asked to confirm so you still have the opportunity to leave it there, and one of your family member can harvest it for you, which is one of the jobs acutally, collecting plants of family members...
for the factory, I need to check it up myself. Next offer in 1.46, will try to answer when I see it

Also for the golden grenades, better keep and catch as many as possible, soon enough you will be sad not to have more when familly bosses will request tons of them :)
If you are not interested in family bosses, you can sell them in your pawn shop

Still trying to guess why you play the game, so many complaints from you, so many remarks, so few votes or purchases (if any) in game...
Seems you don't like the game that much.
If you were several players to complain ok, but you're the very lonely one :)
So to answer you : If you have complaints or requests, you should go to the dev team as explained several times. Posting here on steem will bring nothing to the game except bad reputation, which is not deserved as all other players just love playing it, and participate in its life.
