SteemMonsters has quickly become very popular on the Steem Blockchain. SteemMonsters is a cryptographic game of collectible and tradable cards where card ownership, trades and results are published and verified via the Steem Blockchain. Currently, Steemmonsters is having several contests with Steemmonster cards as the rewards. I will be submitting Norgrous of Steem-Vale if I can get him finished for the art contest. I wasn't able to work on it over the weekend, and work has kept me busy so not much time left to work on it. It is also going slow because I am not a graphic artist nor any type of artist but rather just a doodler/tinkerer that has been inspired by many fantastic artists here on Steemit.com. It is also going slow because I am using a mouse instead of a pen and tablet like a Wacom/Cintique Drawing tablet which woul make it much easier for the lines and details.
I am actually quite surprised with my results so far. There is so much to learn, especially about lighting, shading and perspective. Anyhow, here is the first part of creating Norgrous the Blockchain Warrior Dwarf.
I need some sleep now, and will work on it some more after some much needed rest.
Let me know what you guys think or if there is anything I should add or change.
