Summoners Are Key

It did not take me long to realize that summoners were a crucial part of the Steem Monsters battle. You can have the best monsters in the world, but without a leveled up summoner, you cannot play at full force.

My Favorite

My favorite Steem Monsters card is the Alpha Selenia Sky. Selenia Sky is not a typical summoner. Most summoners are Rare, but the Selenia Sky is Legendary. Most summoners can only summon cards within their splinter, but the Selenia Sky can summon cards from every splinter.

I did not plan on maxing out my Alpha Selenia Sky, but after some contemplation, I decided to take the plunge and make sure that I can summon any card (present or future) in future battles.

Final Thoughts

Steem Monsters is both a game and a potential investment. It gives us a chance to interact with the Steem community in new and unique ways. It helps introduce new users to the Steem blockchain. It is a project worth supporting.
