Steemmonsters season rewards

After quite a few changes in the reward system of the daily quests, I was excited to reach the end of last season. Finally I could open a bunch of cards at once, giving me the idea that there would be more chance to find legendary cards.

I kept playing until 3 am

Because at 2 am I decided if I was awake at that time, I might as well stay awake another hour. But of course this would mean adding another hour opening cards... I play a few alt accounts, like one with only golden cards in there (minus a few exceptions), this meant that I could open quite some cards.

First the smaller reward account

There was nothing that I didn't open before, the next one was also disappointing. Until I reached my golden card account.. First card I opened was a legendary Lord Arianthus, and only a few clicks after opening that one, the card started shaking again! We know what a shaky shaky card means if you ever opened a legendary card...

Ruler of the seas

Was the card I hoped for, preferably a few of them, haha. Then I saw the pony, and my first feeling was: "It's not the one I was hoping for". And then I noticed (don't forget it was after 3 am and dark inside) that it was a golden card, so I instantly felt excitement.

Tournaments

I'm happy that I have this awesome card to play with in the golden card account. It's not for sale (sorry @monstermother haha) so the price doesn't matter. I'm just trying to get a golden deck of cards that's as complete as possible.
