Thank you for reminding me. I was going to say no rigging necessary. I will add that into the post now. Not sure what you mean by how many Polys. Meshing and size isnt a huge issue right now. Just concentrate on good proportions. The style i really prefer is something with lots of flat edges and lines. You know when the mesh forms lines like you drew something?

Yes, thats cell shading.
So the Mesh can be posed like on the Cards and not in a t-pose if i got that right? :)
Polygons tell how detailed the surface is. If you use it to create a 3D Game you should take care to not use too much Polys / Verticies (Edges, Dots and so on).
