Plus 10 for wins minus 30-35 for losses

I think the weight of wins vs losses is off for my league. When I win I usually get 10 points but losses can bring upwards of 35 lost points. This makes it really hard to rank up because every 3 matches or so you get beat by someone with a worse deck than yours just because of luck of the draw. I think this should be remedied.
