      Underlines my words that the legendary Summoners are a little bit too powerful in the smaller leagues.

      Could you do such a analysis seperated per league?

                        Good players have legendary summoners... new players and unexperienced players don't have them.

                        I'd hardly call this conclusive evidence. The data sets don't really line up.

                        It may still be the case... but this is not evidence of what @holoz0r @theaustrianguy are insisting.
                        What they may want to do is take equally talented players and have one group play with and another play without.
                        Something like that
