My First STEEM Monsters Battle

A Faceoff with @fullcoverbetting

After talking with @aggroed and @yabapmatt a bit at @steemfest last week, I decided to go ahead and give the @steemmonsters Battle Arena a try.

My first opponent (victim) - @fullcoverbetting

I went into battle with Lyanna Natura as my Summoner. A Goblin Sorcerer, Rexxie and a Stonesplitter Orc were the chosen monsters.

I earned 23 points for the victory against @fulltimebetting. I'm not sure what that means, but I know it's not too much. I have a lot of battles to go if I want to climb the leaderboards.

I wasn't sure what to expect when it comes to gameplay. This was an easy game to dive right in to. Just pick some cards and let it ride. Once you begin to learn the attributes of each card, I imagine it will get fun. And it will be more competitive as you rank up.

      Love this game. So much fun. Remember the biggest thing that matters is often which cards in what position. makes a huge difference if you are losing with a deck you think is good.

          Hey Jeff. Thanks for bringing to my awareness that each battle has its own permanent URL. They could potentially allow players to share those URLs in a post which would then earn Steem Monster Points towards and/or upvotes to go towards purchase of new booster packs. Just an idea. Keep posting about your activity on SM, as I am getting steadily more up-to-speed by reading these posts by various players...
