Story Board Beginnings

One of the things that I'm really excited about is that the Steem Monsters team is working on putting together a short animation for the script I wrote to introduce the game. We've hired a team that has joined Steem and is accepting Steem as payment called @austinvisuals. They are a professional animation studio that works on a variety of projects.

They are crypto geeks

Part of what's fun about this is that the team at @austinvisuals are cryptogeeks themselves. They like this stuff, they are happy to be doing this for a blockchain project, and I get the sense that they are putting in a little extra for a little less to help us build this thing out.

What's it used for?

This first version is to get this project started and get a quick video introduction to the game. It's been noted a few times that the combination of animation or cartoon/movie like productions in conjunction with a card game is a really powerful combo. If we can get off the ground here I'll be looking to make a full cartoon and animated series out of this. If you're not paying attention to the writing contest we have a really rich history that we're building and it's going to provide us with an incredible spot to build out stories. Those stories will be great in the game, on pen and paper on your kitchen table, and in video format watching your favorite summoners beat back challenges that face them while they learn to spread peace, abundance, and liberty.

As you can see I'm a little late in posting this as it went up 11 days ago. We have some better boards coming and we'll release some of those soon. Here's a teaser for now.
