Steem Monsters: Thier cusomer service is as good as the game itself

When you really care about your product you take care of the customer to make sure your product thrives. @yabapmatt one of the creators of Steem Monsters must really really love his product, I know I do. Even more so now. I recently bought a starter pack with Litecoin and sent extra so I could buy some booster packs if i liked the game. Unfortunately that's not how it works and so I thought I was out about 10 bucks. Just to make sure, I jumped in to the Steem Monsters' discord and with a little shame posted what I did. With in one minute one of the creators of Steem Monsters Matt @yabapmatt sent me a PM and asked me for some information . Three Minutes later I had 5 booster packs and a nice message in my discord pm. He went even further as he went on to one of my blogs and up-voted it. I was blown away knowing how busy he must be. This is the care and attention that must have gone into the game also. Thanks again @yabapmatt, your the man. A little side note, I spent about 30 minutes on the discord channel and the community there was super nice and funny. I also go a bunch of tips.
