Celebrating the fact that Steemmonsters Alpha is sold out, I decided to hold a Steem Monsters Giveaway Contest !
I would like to raise awareness about this game so when the battle mode is released, most people would have cards to play with !
I decided to give 2 sets of 5 cards each:
Each set will have one card of each of the following
- Divine Healer
- Feral Spirit
- Silvershield Night
- Silvershield Warrior
- Tyrus Paladium

I really like the artwork of the Divine Healer, and can think of quite a few funny memes that it could be used with, for instance this one...
Anyway, as much as I enjoy this, and really want to win one of your sets of
Khymian (White/Life) cards, I won't be entering the competition this time. Let me explain. Last night, at a meeting in the Discord of the #ContestKings 🦁 #SteemMonsters guild, I chose to publicly endorse our guild captain's ( @o07 ) efforts to "clean up the Steem blockchain of unnecessary resteems". I have decided to no longer enter any SM competitions that require an upvote and resteem as part of the entry into the contest. It will mean that I miss out on a few giveaways, and I understand that, but I think this is an important issue, similar to the #nobidbots issue on the blockchain.
I do wish you all the best for your contest here though. If in future you decided to drop the upvote & resteem requirements for your SM contests, then I will definitely return and start entering your contests again.
