Bugs in Fleet Shortcuts functional

Hello. To whom should I refer this? @mys?)

In the Fleet section, after the order ships in the fleet, we can use functional "Shortcuts" (to create the routes).

(1) There is strange non-working common "Save shortuct" button:
If I go to edit Shortcuts I must to push the common button to enter for changes - ok? Good.
And the same logic must be - to push the common button "Save shortuct": after any changes I did. And If I'm not push it - so the changes should not be saved. Is this logic right?

But there is the bug - everything that was deleted is saved non-pushing "Save shortcut"button (even if I reclick another menu category or close the browser tab).

(2) OK, even if I add some shortcuts-routes and save them in the right way - the next time I see this shortcuts list - it have some overlapping (2 or 3 the same routes). I do not need this, and the mess in the list, when I have saved some routes ... now it's looks like out of order.
The logic of the mistake may be in the bundle with function *add (another shortcut) while I fill the blanks... I don't know.

(3) The list of the shortcuts has symbols limit. As I may know this the problem to save "another one route". So... it's good to see "X/Y symblos left" - while in the "edit mode". Or, more simple - indicate the user on the interrupt of overburden list: "Hey, you try X symblos from the Y limit".
Or something like that.

It's my individual problem for the current time
(4) When I make some changes and save the last ones shortcuts of the limit (by probes I found out itself by the number of characters), so next time I found the mess of the new ones shortcuts overlapping - ... and after the edit I can't even to delete and correct save the edit.
Who can helpme with my list? Maybe, the admin may delete about the last 1/4 of this
and... of course fix (1),(2),(3) bugs.
