STEEMPH.CEBU JOINS SINULOG 2018 FOR THE FIRST TIME !

Hi, Steemians,

This is the day that the @steemph.cebu team have been waiting for. To celebrate the grandest festival in Cebu ,its called the SINULOG. Sinulog is an annual festival that is held every 3rd sunday of January to celebrate the feast of our dear Santo Nino.

This is @steemph.cebu booth.

The team gather together at around 5am to set up the booth and to prepare for the event. We offered a lot of activities such as free face paints, hair spray ,hena tattoo , braid hair and free lecture for newbies.

The parade started at around 8 am . I saw a lot of contigents competting with each other and
huge floats with colorful and creative design. I was amazed with the crowd . But I can feel thier excitement and fun.

I saw a lot of steemians visiting the booth .that I have just met in person since Im still new in this platform except for my co workers who are steemians. I am so happy to mingle with them and we share each others story and success. and I learn a lot from thier experiences.

I had tried having free face paint with a logo of steemit by our great artist @ninyea. Thank you for doing it. Its my first time to have a hena tattoo with an infinity sign on my wrist which symbolize everlasting love for my special someone. and also another tattoo on my shoulder with my user name @thefairlady. I owe this with @josegirafa.thank you for your time and effort. There were a lot of steemians having thier hair braid with our fellow steemians from nigeria. Thank you for @purpletanzanite.

I volunteered myself to give some flyers for people who are passing by and trying to explain them about the platform and answering their questions and helping them how to make a quality content blog.!

We had a group picture of all the steemians who attended the event despite of the distance and the crowd. Im so grateful that they really give thier time and effort to help us and volunteered thier self heartly. And lastly we had a group picture with the Kabalikat organization ,which we owe a lot since they gave us some space for our booth and they were so friendly and accomodating with us. I hope in the future we will share a lot of activities together with them since our main vision is to engage and help the community.

Thank you for all the effort and dedication for all the core leaders of @steemph.cebu . @ninyea @ferwininja @jansennesnaj @iterenanph @bellatravel @mikeytungal .without them this event wont be possible and succesful . and to @surpassinggoggle for believing with us and undying support may you be blessed always sir.

Honestly,this is my first to celebrate Sinulog with so much fun and enjoyment. Since I am surrounded with good people and with postive vibes. Im looking forward with more fun activities with this platform.
