HAVING A VARIOUS EXOTIC HERE IN PHILIPPINES WE CALLED THEM SUWAKI OR A SEA URCHIN

Hello Everyone!

Good afternoon;

Today i will share to you our most various food here in Philippines when it comes the sea level low tide. So as you can see the urchin was so very colorful and by the way this one is not harmful urchin not like the black one and the red one a long thorns those are very hurt you you hit into your body pars.

SUWAKI:

this food was cool in our place because this is differ from other foods. some like it and other didn't. this is a kind of marine life that look likely from sea orchins. when the low tide comes up lots of people gather around and look whatever they see to the sea. We have a lot of seafoods here in Philippines, We have fish shells,seaweeds, different urchins like that one im handling it and etc..

THIS ONE IS THE BACK VIEW

AND THIS ONE IS THE FRONT VIEW

As you can see in the front view there is something there what can you see is a kind of their eye but that is not their eyes, That part is their mouth because this kind of urchin they eats seaweeds. I will show you what inside this urchin and i know you all YUK! when you see this but when you taste it WOOW! very yummy and juicy.

So what can you see about this seafoods, isn't delicious or not? Will i will make you a call i know others don't like Urchin but i know people love this kind of seafoods, @mermaidvampire she love this seafoods even if she's not visit our place but she know this foods. Maybe after she taste SUWAKI that is why she know about our delicacy here in Southern leyte.

So to those who's not yet taste this urchin be my quest i will get you more sea urchins so we are all together taste the feeling of the sweeten, juicy'n creamer sea urchin.
