I use @SteemPeak every day probably by now, but apparently I haven't paid attention to the latest updates of the DApp.
What is pretty funny is that I haven't picked up the trick from @r00sj3's presentation of SteamPeak on State of the Apps I, but from the one @llfarms held for @curie. So, I have her to thank for the subject of this post.
She mentioned it in her presentation because this little feature or trick as I called it, is about curation.
It is not the only way you can see what other users curate, but it certainly is one of the easiest ones.
Here's how you can do it.
Well, first of all you have to use SteemPeak, which if you don't, I highly recommend for a whole lot of different reasons and unique features.
And here are the exact steps you should follow to take advantage of this feature of SteemPeak:
First, log in to SteemPeak using your posting key.
Go to the account of a user you'd like to see the curation history for. I went to the account of @curie. On the header, on the right side, you'll see the link "Curation History", like in the image below. Click on it!
You now see the recent votes your selected user has casted out. In my case, the recent votes of Curie.
In the image above, I've marked some elements with A, B and C. By default the C element is hidden. To show it and set a different threshold than 20% for the casted votes, you need to click on B, which acts as a toggle. To change the votes threshold, just use the slider and click Apply to confirm. If you want to add the user as one of your favorite curators, you'll need to click the A star. Clicking on it again will remove the curator from the favorites list.
I hope you find this helpful. It certainly can be a way to discover new authors to curate and to engage with.
yep we will do some posts about the new stuff soon... glad you found it
