Acrophobia is a term used to define an extreme or irrational fear of heights, especially when one is not particularly high up. Most people experience a degree of natural fear when exposed to heights. People with acrophobia can experience a panic attack in high places and become too agitated to get themselves down safely.

On the other hand, Gephyrophobia is the term used to describe the anxiety disorder characterized by the fear of bridges. As a result, people suffering from it may avoid routes that will take them over bridges. Cloud 9 Sports and Leisure Club is owned by Dr. Potenciano R. Malvar and Mrs. Lourdes C. Malvar. They have been in the hotel and restaurant business for over 15 years. Cloud 9 started as a humble restaurant in 1995. The hotel rooms and venues accommodations soon followed. Cloud 9 slowly grew, realizing the potential of the mountain side that visitors far and wide are willing to visit just for the amazing view.

Composing of three structures that altogether consist of 78 rooms and housing 2 relaxing swimming pools, 7 different venue halls, and numerous amenities, Cloud 9 Sports and Leisure Club has grown to become the highest point in Antipolo. It also houses the biggest mural painting in Antipolo sizing up to 13 feet in height and 29 feet in length. Mr. Othoniel M. Neri was the artist who created the painting and many more that can be viewed in the Cloud 9 Art Gallery. It also provides services and venue for seminars, weddings, debuts and other occasions. Without a doubt, Cloud 9 will be able to achieve more than it already has, as it seeks to improve its service to guests and the amenities it has to offer.

For only 50pesos, you can now enter Cloud9's Hanging Bridge. Entrance on the hanging bridge is from batch by batch basis. As to not let the bridge overcrowded and to ensure that every customer may take their time in doing photoshoots and also performing one's ritual chant for staying calm walking in the bridge. lol 😂 It was truly a nerve wrecking experience for those who attempt . Your legs will be shaking in every step especially when the bridge is starting to swing. It might be a terrifying experience but the view is simply breathtaking. As you feel the gust of wind blowing, fear suddenly escalates. You are caught indecisive in between pursuing until you reach the top or to go back and leave it unfinished. But no turning back now, a majestic view at the top awaits. You will be rewarded for your bravery and the courage left mastering your fear.

After conquering the dillema of heights, disturbance and motion, straight forward to the peak compensates you of an impressive view of Antipolo's overlooking. You will be able to witness the vast greenery, a view of mountains covered by trees. As you rotate your view a hundred and eighty degrees, stood the astonishing skyscrapers and the blend of lights of Ortigas and Manila. Watch as the shimmering lights of Metro Manila light up as far as the eyes can see. As the sunny skies are replaced by the dim lit night, truly an occasional experience gazing sunset at the decks . When the moon shines at its brightest, you will be in awe of the moonlit city. There is truly no better place in Antipolo to appreciate the magnificent view of both the Metro and nature. Whether on a bright sunny day or a dim moonlit night, the picturesque scenery captivates our hearts. Marvel at the beautiful view of the mountains bathed in the sun's brilliance.

Going down the viewdeck, you will notice the artistically designed floors and the prized collection of artworks made by Filipino artists. A small exhibit showcasing various items and memorabilia affiliated to Antipolo’s rich history can also be visited. You will see a huge painting sizing up to 13 feet in height and 29 feet in length which depicts the image of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage and her miraculous appearance in the Tipolo Tree. It is also accompanied by various churches and pilgrim sites in the town. The artist behind this masterpiece is Mr Othoniel M Neri who also provide various paintings displayed on Cloud 9 Art Gallery. The glossy ceramic tiled floor with a mosaic featuring a map of the Philippines is something that you cannot go unnoticed too.

A bridge is a structure that is built over a river, road, or railway to allow people and vehicles to cross from one side to the other. It could be made of wood, bamboo, concrete materials or steel. The load passing through the bridge should be considered when constructing. The goal for building bridge is to provide ease of transport as to allow a point-to-point transfer, either a people or a vehicle passing through.
